For 1), are you using any custom font on your web browser? We're aware of the issue and we're going to address it in a future update.
3) This isn't an issue that we've encountered before. If you're able to reproduce it, would you consider contacting us via the Settings → Support option in the extension, and give us more information so we can document the report? Namely, please send us a screenshot, if possible, tell us the website's name, as well as your OS and browser versions.

As a subscriber, I can't comment on any potential annoyances in the free version, but I've used their "Plus" tier of services for several years without major issues--unlike similar products from Big Names with questionable policies and practices.
