EDIT: Going to test the new 2.4 extension version right now. - Valutata 4 su 5di DragonBrasil, 22 giorni fa
- Valutata 4 su 5di Gen, un mese faInteresting idea. Advanced settings are not as advanced as I would like for this to be actually usable. Time delay settings would be nice or a setting to wait until the tab is finished loading. Lots of false changes when the site is redirecting and flashing when it could be resolved by waiting a second. Turning off Dynamic Update of the tab color still sometimes has the tab color update, maybe when opening a new tab, but still distracting and against my wanted behavior. Amazing attempt, maybe Firefox's design disallows the true potential of this idea. I want a browser to do this seamlessly now.
Edit: appreciate the response!Replica dello sviluppatore
pubblicato il un mese faHi Gen, thanks for the thoughtful feedback! I see how a time delay setting could help reduce false changes, and I’m considering adding an option for that. I’ll also look into the issue with Dynamic Update. Appreciate your support and insights! - Valutata 4 su 5di Christopher Bolin, un mese faI love this idea but I've had to disable it. On many sites I can't tell which tab is active. When you have many open its hard to hunt and peck when the highlight color is too similar to the rest of the theme.

pubblicato il un mese faHi Christopher Bolin, sorry for the inconvenience! To make the active tab more noticeable, you can change its colour in the add-on’s options page: Theme Builder → Selected Tab. Alternatively, you can quickly adjust it via the add-on popup. Hope that helps! - Valutata 4 su 5di pati080199, 2 mesi faThe only disadvantage as for now is that when I type something in the search bar the first option is highlighted in bright blue. It would be nice to change that color as well.

pubblicato il 2 mesi faHi, pati080199! Thanks for checking out the add-on and the suggestion! A similar feature request is tracked here: https://github.com/easonwong-de/Adaptive-Tab-Bar-Colour/issues/88 - Valutata 4 su 5di Utente Firefox 18433647, 3 mesi fa
- Valutata 4 su 5di Adam Boulton, 9 mesi faUnfortunate oversight of the addon being that the bookmark overflow menu is not affected by the colour shift which makes the appearence of the browser ui inconsistent, which can be jarring. Would love to see this issue fixed.

pubblicato il 3 anni faHello! Sorry for causing discomfort. Are you using Firefox Nightly? Currently, this add-on is not so compatible with it. If not, it will be hugely appreciated if you can file an issue on GitHub: https://github.com/YS-Wong/Adaptive-Tab-Bar-Color/issues, with screen record if possible. I'm still actively fixing the bugs.
Edit: there is a temporary fix for the bug. The add-on works on Nighly & DE now. - Valutata 4 su 5di FlamingRaptor_70, 3 anni fa
