It happens that “Advertising” is shown after some time - sometimes “Refresh” the page helps.

This addon needs an update cuz start tweaking.. is showing ads frequently after every few vids opened

Worked like a charm on a Windows 10 computer with Firefox, until a few days/a week ago. What happened? Running V0.5.0 on Firefox 133.0 (64-bit).

Does a good job on YouTube, but also blocks media content on messenger.com, hence 3 stars.

Worked when uBlock briefly didn't. However, two new issues:
- Videos automatically pause after a second or two of loading.
- You can't scroll the page after this pause.
I assume this is related to Youtube's new popup, which warns you that the video player will stop working after three videos due to your use of an Adblocker. You don't see this popup when this extension is enabled, videos still load fine after unpausing, and the player still works - but uBlock alone can block the ads and this popup without these issues.
I usually play Youtube videos overnight to help me sleep, so unfortunately this is a deal breaker. This extension may be better in the future, but uninstalling for now.

No longer works, YT detects it. Has to be disabled to watch videos now.

No longer works with YouTube's new policy. Will work in private window though with no issues.

It won't block the new youtube's popup

Malheureusement, depuis peu, ne fonctionne plus. D'ailleurs, Youtube le refuse même quand il est désactivé pour la page. Il faut complètement désactiver l'extension.
