Locks basic features like disabling unwanted features behind a paywall. Enabling fine but disabling is an absolute no no for paywalling.

no matter what, support does NOT follow up. every time you invoke the clearly firefox extension / add-on you MUST log in AGAIN to your Pro account. and AGAIN. and AGAIN. not a single acknowledgment of the problem when you contact "support".

does not do text to speech. waste of time

Reading aloud doesn't work with firefox. the button has been disappeared compared to the version in MS Edge.
Even if it would work, there are only 3 voices availble.
