I use this extension daily and it's simply fantastic. getting rid of nuisance elements with ease that no other addon can compete with. I do wish there was an option to delete from DOM and not merely hide though.

Perfect. Everything I need in an element remover. 2024 Arc refugees will be happy to use CTRE as a replacement for zapping. The core functionality being temporarily/permanently disabling elements is exactly right, yet there is further second-level customization on individual elements. Plus, the ability to rename disabled elements and a handy shortcut to activate the extension outright. Now all my web apps like Outlook look perfectly clean without unused buttons complicating their user interfaces. Bravo to the developer. I hope this project is maintained for years to come! 5/5.

it works great and you can even extract and import your settings. this is also great for websites that prevent you from using ad blockers even if all you want to use them for is their element blocking feature. thanks.
