Works great. The only problem was 6 different audio files showed up and only one was the correct one. Whatever, I downloaded them all and deleted the ones I didn't want.

This worked PERFECTLY: Go to the substack page that you like, then click on the icon for this extension. A new page (served from stream.mux.com) will load showing you the hi-res video. A right-click will then give you the option to save. It's that simple.
