Extremely helpful in order to prevent myself from doomscrolling randomly throughout the day. I feel like regaining active control of my consumption, given how interconnected social media and in general, highly addictive services are within the internet are. Although the interface is not particularly beautfiful, I recommend this to anyone willing to regain some control.
