no matter what, support does NOT follow up. every time you invoke the clearly firefox extension / add-on you MUST log in AGAIN to your Pro account. and AGAIN. and AGAIN. not a single acknowledgment of the problem when you contact "support".

Reading aloud doesn't work with firefox. the button has been disappeared compared to the version in MS Edge.
Even if it would work, there are only 3 voices availble.
