This add-on works great! I have been looking for an extension like Xmarks for several years after it was shut down by LastPass and this does the job well. It takes a bit of time to set up, but--once it is running--it is amazing. I am able to easily sync between Firefox (and branches), Chrome, Edge, & Brave across two different profiles. Synchronizing with Opera (because of its different structure for bookmarks) ended up making a bit of a mess. Strangely, on Brave, it took what was on the bookmark in every other browser and put it into a folder with folders for other bookmarks all in the bookmark bar. While that one wasn't perfect, having all my bookmarks everywhere is great. Even the mobile app allows for two profiles, which keeps the phone in sync as well.

It would be even better if they would make an extension that would install into Firefox mobile.

    using this in zen browser and it works great. now i can sync between all my browsers and different computers. and when i set up a new machine, all my bookmarks get added. love it!

    This extension is brilliant. It integrates perfectly into Firefox's native bookmark structure and keeps everything updated using Google Drive as the backend. Setting up the authorization takes seconds, and after that, it just works seamlessly in the background. It’s rock-solid, doesn't hog resources, and is the perfect solution for keeping bookmarks synced across different profiles.

    easily the best bookmark‑syncing extension I've ever used... not flawless, but it works amazingly well! I totally recommend it if you want the same bookmarks across all your browsers!

    What can you do about it?

    Try connecting on a different device. Check your modem or router. Disconnect and reconnect to Wi-Fi.

    Just what I wanted. Has worked seamlessly, syncing my bookmarks across all my devices and browsers through google drive.

    So many bugs!
    - For example: bookmarks from different folders with the same name (in different menu item) merged into one.
    - Lost all my bookmarks. Fortunatelly I created a copy of my bookmarks.xbel file. BUT - I'm not able to restore bookmarks because plugin creates a new file bookmarks (1).xbel, empty. I've lost several ours to restore all my bookmark menus and I'm fed up.

    Excellent add-on for bookmark management. It helps me to keep my bookmark in my Nextcloud instance and syncit over my devices.
