In a new update you can disable auto-backups and revoke Downloads permission, which is now optional. Auto-backup is now disabled by default for new installs.

Image cropping issue was addressed - Pixiv started adding hashes to some image IDs, presumably to prevent image ID collisions, and the previous image search regex didn't account for that, but now it does.
