If isp blocking proton site there is no way to use this extension because authorization is going before establish vpn connection.

Sorry to hear that. We've shared your feedback with the team for further investigation. That said, if you have the opportunity to install our native Proton VPN app or connect through the manual setup methods, we'd suggest doing so as an alternative.
