I have confirmed that it works with Firefox version 116. Please give specific your details that do not work.

It cannot stop many ad elements from working on Japanese pages.

This add-on does not stop the delivery of ads.
Therefore they should use an adblocker.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask in Japanese.
