Now, instead of putting the VPN front and center, they put the "ad blocking" screen at the forefront, relegating the VPN menu to a narrower area to the right. Why would I want an VPN extension where the VPN is 2nd class citizen, and ad blocking is 1st class? This is horrible.

I've had no issues with it for a while, but then suddenly some websites are *extremely* slow (some even unusable, i.e, no ui elements register a response) using it, and firefox constantly tells me to disable surfshark to fix the issue.
