Amazing! Works as described, and doesn't look out of place. Should have been built into YouTube.
I'd love to see the option to add a shortcut/global hotkey, as I often use one to skip music playing in background apps/tabs.

PS : Like said on the bottom, "previous chapter button" can be useful for some people - 4 შეფასება 5-დანმიმომხილველი Kenneth Rosenstroem, 4 წლის წინI love the idea, but lately it will only skip the first 4-5 chapters. If there are more, button does nothing....
