yeffeɣ-d deg 9 χρόνια πρινThe skipping doesn't do a DNS lookup, so only applies to things like local network IPs and hostnames without dots. I prefer to keep options to a minimum, so don't plan to add a toggle for this. The code is MIT licensed so you can adapt or republish it as you wish.

My use case is an SSH dynamic port forward (ssh -D ), so this is ideal when I want to jump on/off the local network and go via that SOCKS proxy.
I have a dynamic titlebar colour and when it's dark I can't see the icon, so it would be an enhancement request to have the black logo with a 1px white outline. This would cover all dark/light use cases.
