sɣur Kleene, pre jedne godineAllows me to turn my screen off and the video will keep playing, but then after a random amount of time it will pause, and when I go back into the tab the whole page reloads usually causing me to loose my place. Probably unrelated to this app, but this app does not really did the usability of YouTube for me.

28.07.2026 roku zainstalowałem ten plugin na mobilnej wersji Firefox ver 153.0 na systemie Android 15 i działa ta funkcja odtwarzania video w tle, również w kartach prywatnych - z powodzeniem mogę wyłączyć ekran lub przejść do innej aplikacji i dalej słuchać muzyki, podcastu, vloga itp. Działają też tak shorty. Plugin całkowicie bezobsługowy, zero konfiguracji, zainstalowałem, odświezyłem na wszelki wypadek oglądaną stronę www i sam zaczął działać zgodnie z oczekiwaniami.
Czytałem tutaj, że ponoć od jakiegoś czasu w 2026 roku przestało to funkcjonować - u mnie działa więc nie umiem się do tego odnieść.

On July 28, 2026, I installed this plugin on the mobile version of Firefox version 153.0 on Android 15, and the background video playback feature works, even in private tabs. I can successfully turn off the screen or switch to another app and continue listening to music, podcasts, vlogs, etc. YouTube Shorts also work this way. The plugin is completely maintenance-free, with no configuration required. I installed it, refreshed the website I was viewing just in case, and it started working as expected.
