This is a great idea for an add-on. But unfortunately, I cannot use it with my Windows Tablet.

The add-on requires pressing "CTRL+Double Click" to add anchors to the list. Unfortunately, on tablets, this is very hard because the on-screen keyboard does not always mix properly with click (via finger taps).

A better solution is offering single-click or double-click option on anchors. This would be more convenient than hotkey combination.
