changes video players sound if jumping on timekine

ramps up volume 10x louder than i want it. wtf

It's either stuttering, or ramping up to maximum loudness. In every case, it doesn't work reliably for more than a few minutes. It works, but you'll hate it.

This EQ add-on turns itself on during video playback, even though it is turned off.
Also, there may be a problem with the gain, or the sound is cracked compared to other EQ add-ons.

Does this sometimes decrease the sound of other applications automatically (not always)? And boost the current playing to an annoying level. Very wierd. (BTW, I also installed "600% Sound Volume" but disabled in that tab, because of its shortcut support. I don't want to uninstall that.)

this shitty addon doesnt even do what it is supposed to do.

i mean...it works, and works great, but i have to keep disabling the extension all together when im not actively using it, because even without the "Enable Equalizing" option selected, my volume just....magically creeps up everytime i pause, rewind, or fastforward whatever im watching, which makes me have to constantly lower my actual volume,(which you can only do so far before your volume is entirely muted) or just disable the extension until i need it again.

No effect on my setup - Firefox 76.0 on Ubuntu 20.04.
It is obviously not picking up the sound channel. Same problem with other equaliser add-ons.

When used, I find that I get browser-wide audio issues, for instance:
-One of my channels falling out completely in firefox
-Audio being significantly delayed
