Horrible, don't work for amazon prime video and don't work for subdomains

CSS was applied for a few minutes, but then the plug-in completely stopped working.

It's really hard to use newer versions of this plugin, because the UI page is so small. It's impossible to read the text, and at first I thought it was just a screenshot. I can't tell exactly how the table at the bottom is supposed to work. What do the "DomainTop" and "Tab" columns mean? Why are there three checkboxes? I can't tell whether new rows are active or not. Do they need to be saved, first?

Isn't making the web more beautiful half the point of having this plugin?

It's hosted on MyBrowserAddon.com, which claims that all its hosted code is open-source. Great, right? I could go find this code, write a regexp matching engine for it, and submit a pull request. But, where the hell is the code? Where the hell is ANY of the code on MyBrowserAddon.com hosted? It's sure not on GitHub -- all the "Fork this project on GitHub" links refer back to the MyBrowserAddon page. How tedious that I can't get as specific as I want with my URL matching. :(
