Several bug reports about this have been posted to the GitHub Issues page in the last month (one report even helpfully contains a code snippet that fixes the problem) but the developer has been ignoring them.

Downloaded one video. After I cleared it, extension stopped working. Uninstall and reinstall didn't work.
