- Yettwasezmel 5 ɣef 5sɣur Shoshanna, 6 years agoI believe the developers extensions are like a hidden treasure for us who have been using the mainstream extensions. In my case HTTPS Everywhere. With HTTPZ things are not so slow anymore (youtube for example) and I really like that it has protection against SSL stripping attacks, that it is so lightweight compared to other similar extensions, yet powerful.

Biggest issue is that the dark theme looks ugly on my system, would be nice to have an option to switch to light.
Also, I'm curious if the initial HTTP request is aborted before any connection is made, i.e. how safe does this make you from third parties seeing the initial unencrypted request? - Yettwasezmel 5 ɣef 5sɣur Mofiac, 6 years ago
- Yettwasezmel 5 ɣef 5sɣur Alex, 6 years agoSo far so good. This addon was successful in detecting and redirecting some HTTP sites that were not redirected while using Smart HTTPS addon.

It seems unfair of me to not give five stars, when I sometimes give five to toys such as LASER CAT https://addons.mozilla.org/addon/the-laser-cat/reviews/1414030/ … it's simply far more difficult to achieve perfection with a security-oriented extension (not a toy).
HTTPZ is excellent.Tiririt n ineflayen
yeffeɣ-d deg 6 years agoThat is actually a fair review.
I have focused on functionality and security so far. There is plenty of room for improvements, mainly in other areas.
Thank you, and thanks everyone else for your reviews. I may not reply often, but I do read them. - Yettwasezmel 5 ɣef 5sɣur Bill, 6 years ago
