Doesn't work well with Zen.

1. When creating new tab while tabs are split, it adds new to the split containers, visually in sidebar, but the new tab is separate.

2. Unlike Zen's default new tab, it creates a new tab right away rather than after confirming. Which is a bit annoying.

An essential add-on for using the container tabs.

I suggest to the author to mention that you can change the hotkey in the Extensions settings (Settings -> Extensions & Themes -> gear icon above the list of extensions -> Manage Extension Shortcuts).

Then to other users I suggest using AutoHotkey (on Linux there is Keysharp or AHK_X11) and reassigning the extension hotkey to Ctrl+T in Firefox. That way you don't need to retrain your muscle memory.

Note: you should probably change the hotkey from Alt+C since that hotkey is used for the Match Case option in the search dialog and will consequently interfere with trying to open a new tab when the search is also open.

Does one thing, and does it well. Question: is it possible to replace the normal shortcut ctrl+T to use this one instead of alt+C?

Mac complainers about shortcuts- get a real computer, or CHANGE the shortcut in FF "manage extension shortcuts" (Gear icon, top right of addons page) and give this addon the 5 stars it deserves!

Amazing app works great on mac. Use Option+C for it to work. I would recommend adding an addition to allow customization of the key stroke.

Any way to make this the default behavior? I mean, that the extension recognises the last used container, and open any new tab on that container.

Excelente extennsión, si la combinan con BTT no van a tener ningún problema es decir, si es Alt+C con BTT pueden programar un atajo para que CMD+T sea una nueva pestaña por defecto dependiendo del contenedor en el que estas.Great Add-on

This is exactly what I needed, but since I'm on Mac... it would be great to be able to change the shortcut, since Alt+C is not natural for us! (at least for me :-P)

This add-on looks useful, but the shortcut is not working on mac.
