I want it to open tab with the image directly after the current tab. Just like with normal links.

Great add-on, just needs ability to switch to new tab automatically.

Does what it's suppose to.
What the others suggested would be nice as well.

Do you consider adding some options to it? If so, could you please add these two:
– Activate the new tab after opening
– Open the new tab next to the active one

But content_scripts & tabs permissions is unnecessary.

Really neat addon been searching for something similar in WebExtention.

Still it would be more logical if this new menu-option were placed just after the regular "Open Image" item.
Also the option to remove icon from context menu would be pretty helpful.
