for some reason, the firefox extension is out of date by two years. the latest update is of may on github, though there's been reports where if you do fetch the newest version of the firefox extension via the github, it's corrupted allegedly. i've had luck though with the tampermonkey script which installs easily if you have the tampermonkey extension.
whether it's because mozilla is taking a long time to approve the newest version of the extension or the extension developer hasn't updated it yet here due to unknown reasons, just go with the tampermonkey script. it does the job and it works!

i thought the developer stopped supporting the extension on firefox but turns out mozilla takes ages to approve new releases

Hello, it doesn't seem to work anymore.

The add-on is currently not working in Firefox but the Tampermonkey userscript is working great, I just wanted to say thank you very much. I know the dev submitted a fix and is waiting on Mozilla to approve it, hopefully it's fixed soon.

3.0.8 is not works on latest Firefox 149+ and 4.0.4 from github is corrupted.

This extension is great obviously when you use this on mobile it only works on website

Doesn't work for almost 4 weeks now. Looks like this expansion is dead.

I refuse to believe it's taking this long for a simple extension approval.

Edit: not only did this take long to fix, now I can't see any more if the like button has been pressed or not. This problem again has been unfixed for weeks. There is an open issue on github (#1287) about this from another user but no reply in days.
I am losing more and more faith in this extension.

Great in general, but broken for multiple days now.
Latest update seems to be from Oct 17, 2024 ?!

Google is trying to block this extension but it is still annoying
