Since the beginning of september 2025 the google search results have an extra vertical scrollbar.
That extra vertical searchbar hooks up (jams) the scrolling and it is not possible anymore to do scrolling with the middle mouse pressed. This is obviously because google have changed the codes. That scrollbar only disappears when the add-on searchmage is completely off. I used searchmage for years only for getting rid of the strange coloured bar on the bottom of the window and that the pagenumbers are more distant from each other which is very good looking.
The solution to get rid of the strange coloured bar:
searchmage completely off for google \ adblock plus \ advanced \ my filterlist \ code to get rid of the strange coloured bar \ code is: google.com##.SJajHc
Hopefully searchmage can be reprogrammed to get rid of the extra vertical bar since the bar is only there when searchmage is on.
Firefox 115.17.0esr (64-bits) and searchmage 1.2.18.

I use your add-on only for making the bottom bar of the google search results more beautiful. I mean that bar with that stupid text like gooooooooooooooogle.
In higher versions of firefox 104 and 110 there is an error of some kind.
When 'enable for' and 'google' are on and all other things are off then:
When you press the letter x or z then google refreshes itself. Also when the cursor is in the google searchfield!
When 'enable for' is off and the checkmark on google on then the letter x or z does not refresh the google page. But in that case there are huge oversized buttons at the bottom of the google search results, it says
NEXT and PREVIOUS very big.
Could you please repair these things for higher versions of firefox?
I am using v1.2.18 at the moment. - Yettwasezmel 3 ɣef 5sɣur mikypilot, 7 jierren lynGood and functional The closest thing to the excellent but abandoned GoogleMonkeyR script. Hopefully you will add functions such as multiple columns, background color to the results, and preview of the pages. Good job. Thanks.
