I got comfortable with it and had hundreds of tabs saved in different groups (I like how when you open the browser it has the tabs saved but only loads the tabs you actually go to in that session to save CPU usage and memory, and you can close Firefox and reopen it if you have too many loaded in memory). When some error caused it to lose all the tabs, I simply restored the backup because of the extension's nifty automatic backup. The only problem is there is no way to allow it access to files on my device, so if I'm viewing pdfs in a different tab group, and then go to that group, I can't see the pdfs again unless I manually copy the file path into the address bar to load them again, which gets tedious if I'm viewing several pdfs in various tabs for school. They should add the ability to grant that permission so that it will smoothly reopen pdfs just like it smoothly reopens websites. Fix that and 5 stars!

In about:config you can set `browser.tabs.closeWindowWithLastTab` to `false`. (There is a better explanation on the github-issues page, under issue #1229 but I can't paste URLs here.) - Yettwasezmel 1 ɣef 5sɣur Santa, 8 miesięcy temuRubbish addon. I closed the last tab in a group and it deleted *All* tabs in *All* groups. It will take me hours to reconstruct the tabs if I even can as a lot will not be in my History and it's not compatible with tab backup extensions!. DO NOT USE, would give this 0 stars if possible
- Yettwasezmel 5 ɣef 5sɣur Tim Armstrong, 8 miesięcy temuI can not express how useful this add-on has been to me. It is phenomenal to be able to group tabs according to what I'm working on and to swap between groups as needed. It's great for pausing a project and returning to it later.
So very, very good. I keep wanting to recommend it to friends who have 100 tabs open, but most are running chrome and it doesn't seem to have a similar add-on. Their loss!

Не понравилось то, что вновь открытая вкладка сразу дополняется в текущую активную группу! Полнейшая ерунда! В настройках не нашёл как это изменить. Так же плохо то, что вкладки не сворачиваются в группу как в Chrome.

As I'm sure many of you know, this extension needs to:
This add-on needs to:
Download files and read and modify the browser’s download history
Monitor extension usage and manage themes
Display notifications to you
Access recently closed tabs
Hide and show browser tabs
Access browser tabs
Store unlimited amount of client-side data
Access your data for all websites
This add-on may also ask to:
Read and modify bookmarks
Theoretically, I find this extension useful but I am concerned about the "Access your data for all websites" requirement. I read through Mozilla's permission request messages for Firefox extensions documentation and it seems like granting this extension these permissions would be a huge risk for the work I do– investigative journalism. It seems like I'll trade organizational benefits for a wider attack surface.
Can anyone speak more about the risks involved with using this extension, the trustworthiness of the developer, and why it needs the "Access your data for all websites" capability?
Thank you. - Yettwasezmel 5 ɣef 5sɣur Aseqdac Firefox 18705088, 8 miesięcy temuI found this to be the most intuitive for tab storage and management. No need to "stash" them or "bookmark" or "manage sessions". Tabs are just saved automatically in a group. You can have hundred of groups with a different name and switch between them with a click.
Assigning icon (emoji) to a group would be great. I know it's possible but not simple. First emoji in the group name should be auto assigned as the icon. - Yettwasezmel 1 ɣef 5sɣur nextside, 8 miesięcy temu警告⚠ 如果你冻结了所有分组内的标签页,且把本分组内所有剩下的标签页都关闭时,你会丢失全部标签页!
Warning⚠ If you freeze all the tabs in all groups and close all the remaining tabs in current group, you will lose all the tabs! - Yettwasezmel 5 ɣef 5sɣur Aseqdac Firefox 13198125, 8 miesięcy temu

Report a small bug. If you duplicate a tab by middle-clicking the reload button in Firefox, a new tab group will be created automatically the next time Firefox starts. - Yettwasezmel 1 ɣef 5sɣur carlos, 9 miesięcy temuI think there is a flaw in the extension that's why I rate it with one star.
I use a computer with 16Gb ram. Without the extension it is rare that just browsing I reach 20% ram and a few minutes of use I have reached up to 97% ram usage using this extension. outrageous!
