- Works great on my Windows 11 laptop, but recently stopped working on my Linux Mint laptop. On Mint, when the browser is reopened all tabs are immediately opened in the same group, regardless of what group it's supposed to be in. I have emailed the .json bug report to the dev, hopefully it gets fixed soon.

They are not standard, but they are defined for all major operating systems and I use them in my custom keymap, would be extremely useful to be able to bind shortcuts using them. Currently, firefox lets you assign the keys to the functions, but attempting to use the bound hotkeys does not do anything. Thanks!

- Very nearly what I'm looking for... the only thing I really want is to have tab groups visible in the sidebar in an accordion style rather than groups that you need to "move into". I would like to be able to see all tabs across multiple (or all) groups in the sidebar at once - I don't mind how exactly this is implemented behind the scenes, it could still use group context switching and such when I click between tabs in different groups. But being able to open and see tabs from multiple groups at once would provide feature parity with tab grouping in other browsers (not to mention all the extra features this addon provides on top of that), especially now that we can use the sidebar effectively as a replacement for the default Firefox tab list.
- Yettwasezmel 4 ɣef 5sɣur Aseqdac Firefox 18248909, 6 hónapjaReally great. I got comfortable with it and had hundreds of tabs saved in different groups (I like how when you open the browser it has the tabs saved but only loads the tabs you actually go to in that session to save CPU usage and memory, and you can close Firefox and reopen it if you have too many loaded in memory). When some error caused it to lose all the tabs, I simply restored the backup because of the extension's nifty automatic backup. The only problem is there is no way to allow it access to files on my device, so if I'm viewing pdfs in a different tab group, and then go to that group, I can't see the pdfs again unless I manually copy the file path into the address bar to load them again, which gets tedious if I'm viewing several pdfs in various tabs for school. They should add the ability to grant that permission so that it will smoothly reopen pdfs just like it smoothly reopens websites. Fix that and 5 stars!

- Yettwasezmel 4 ɣef 5sɣur Aseqdac Firefox 15210357, 7 hónapjaI have a question regarding the permission requests of the Simple Tab Groups extension by Drive4ik.
As I'm sure many of you know, this extension needs to:
This add-on needs to:
Download files and read and modify the browser’s download history
Monitor extension usage and manage themes
Display notifications to you
Access recently closed tabs
Hide and show browser tabs
Access browser tabs
Store unlimited amount of client-side data
Access your data for all websites
This add-on may also ask to:
Read and modify bookmarks
Theoretically, I find this extension useful but I am concerned about the "Access your data for all websites" requirement. I read through Mozilla's permission request messages for Firefox extensions documentation and it seems like granting this extension these permissions would be a huge risk for the work I do– investigative journalism. It seems like I'll trade organizational benefits for a wider attack surface.
Can anyone speak more about the risks involved with using this extension, the trustworthiness of the developer, and why it needs the "Access your data for all websites" capability?
Thank you. - Yettwasezmel 4 ɣef 5sɣur Aseqdac Firefox 18044062, 7 hónapjaStumbled on a small problem while using this addon with userChrome.css: having multiple groups makes your tab list interspliced with hidden tabs, which makes it impossible to reliably use Next-Sibling Combinators. I understand that this is a very niche problem, but damn it’s annoying.
- Great extension. I like to organize my tabs around subjects (Gaming, School, Personal, etc.) using this extension. With the added option to unload tabs from memory while not in use, this can make having dozens of tabs open more efficient and more practical.
- Yettwasezmel 4 ɣef 5sɣur fontaholic, 9 hónapjathis addon is ALMOST PERFECT. two things i'd love to see is the ability to SYNC TAB GROUPS across machines signed in to the same firefox account and the ability to SAVE PINNED TABS in a tab group. losing pinned tabs every time i forget and close a tab group is a real bummer.
- Yettwasezmel 4 ɣef 5sɣur mimi, 10 hónapjaalmost works for me but not quite :(
- no way i can see to include multiple windows in a group (for example, having multiple windows open for school and when i finish, unloading those tabs to open windows in a group for my art project. why does every window have to be a separate group?)
- difficult to add current tab/tabs/window to an existing group (a single and intuitive button for this is nice, like tab stash has)
- "other tabs" also not separated by windows, feels cluttered and confusing - Yettwasezmel 4 ɣef 5sɣur Aseqdac Firefox 12292543, egy éveI'm using this addons for years and love it.
Little bugs with Tile Tabs WE addon.
Not working with Floorp browser. - Yettwasezmel 4 ɣef 5sɣur Aseqdac Firefox 15136999, egy éveI originally love this add on but for the last few weeks it hasn't been working properly and I'm unable to switch groups or effectively use the add on anymore. I can't find another replacement add on either which leaves me stuck.
