Seems to work well so far if not a little 'laggy' feeling I guess. Easily finetunes for my unlockable flick or free wheel mice. Click ratchet off and give it a flick!
Not bad if you don't wanna remember or hunt for the about:conf smoothscroll settings...

oddly enough, the addon didn't work when I first installed it. I thought it was broken and disabled the addon because I couldn't scroll pages at all. but the next time I booted my OS, totally forgot of the addon, I scrolled and everything was so satisfyingly smooth. not sure what was the initial issue but it works great now! very recommended.
