Look I normally don't write reviews on Extensions. But this one deserves one from me.

This extension is easy to understand and use. you can manually add custom rules. And back them up in a txt file if you ever need to import them back in later. Just remember to sync your browsers stuff.

This extension, is by far one of the most valuable tools in the small extension list. This tool has stopped 99.5% of all my popups.

So yes I would recommend this to anyone who wants to take control over how they view the websites that they go to.
