The one thing I found about reddit's rate limiting is that it is inconsistent. I couldn't reproduce the error in testing even once, which is why the extension can't predict or handle it successfully. It must be differ based on the location of the user.

Anyway, I am still trying to work around it and will soon find a solution.

Thanks for your honest review. I am trying to fix the error screen. And may soon add the delete everything button in coming updates.
