- Perfect! A lot of the time I want to lower the perceived brightness of my screen and many dark mode add-ons still look bright, even if they aren't light. This makes everything dimmer and doesn't pierce my eyes. It also doesn't affect text colours or anything so everything is still readable!
- Clever one to fix compatibility issues with some pages.
Would be 5 stars if it would work for all open firefox windows: if I click it in the second window only the first window gets dark.
Edit: Seemed to be a one-timer only when the plugin was installed, after a restart it worked perfectly fine on all windows.개발자 답글
일 년 전에 게시됨Thanks for the great review! This extension should apply the dark screen over every tab you have opened, even new tabs. Could you share some info in our GitHub repository about your OS and Firefox version and maybe even a video of you turning on the extension? Thanks for the extension!

Update : There was a bug (with Firefox ESR) that got fixed, and now it does indeed keep the setting I last used, thanks and 5 Stars개발자 답글
3년 전에 게시됨Thanks for the review! A storage system should've come with the update that allows you to change colors. Could you check that the add-on has the latest update (version 1.9)? If the add-on continues to fail to store your values, please submit an issue on the GitHub repository with information like your Operating System and Firefox version: https://github.com/RedHotRojo/Dark-Mode-Screen/issues - Small and - as far as I can tell - does exactly what it says on the tin. Middle button menu popup (not exactly intuitive btw, might want to feature a more prominent reminder on the page) includes an option to exclude the current site. The sliders are useful if you want to mess with the tint.
Can't really ask for more imo. This is a pretty good add-on for if you simply want to dim your pages but not re-theme them, especially since some of those end up giving you funky replacement colours. This avoids that problem while also dealing with the whole "argh my eyes" issue when you open a site that stupidly throws up huge chunks of unused whitespace at you.
5/5, recommended.
