- How come this addon isn't more popular? I've tested all of the fullscreen extensions currently available (August 2021), and this one wins hands down.
Why?
It works reliably across all sites (except priviledged/protected pages) – some of the other extensions fail to work in some cases, not sure why.
The shortcut works reliably. Again, some other extensions use a non-customizable shortcut that is bound to other commands.
And, finally, it goes into the old-style, "complete" full screen (i.e. no title/url bars, just the main window).

5년 전에 게시됨Thanks for your rating! I have good news, it is already possible to customize the hotkey! By default this functionality is a bit hidden in Firefox, unfortunately.
Here's the process:
1. Navigate to about:addons
2. Click the settings gear ⚙ at the right-top
3. Select "Manage Extension Shortcuts"
4. Change the shortcut for Fullscreen
We'll try to make this more accessible & provide better documentation when we find time. Please check out this GitHub issue for full context, and a way to do the same in Chrome:

This Addon gives me fullscreen for the Tab I like and works like a charm. Thank you very much!

Does not work directly from everywhere (eg. when editing a Google Document, it captures keystrokes), but it will in 99% of the internet.
