Works as expected.

However, after the newest update; it stopped working on one of my profiles.

At first, a simple remove add-on & undo remove worked. Afterwards, it just stopped working completely.

Indeed, I've had this happen to me, too. But I wasn't able to figure out what made this happen and at one point it worked again.
