- Looks great. The new all white look from Firefox is too bright in the tab bar and needs some contrast and colours. Thanks for this. But, could you make the right click menu bright rather than dark?
Edit: Superb answer! Thank you so much. After disabling Proton UI, I had to restart the browser or some elements were out of bounds. Then, I switched to the default System Theme and it's back to how it was. Proton UI isn't bad but it needs work.
Thanks again. You're a great, kind developer.开发者回应
发布于 4 年前Hello! Thank you for your review. I would have made it light if I could, but unfortunately, due to current limitations; Firefox Themes aren't able to edit the right-click menu in any way. Instead, the browser decides which colour it will be based on the overall colour-choice of the theme. Which in this case, it decided to go with Dark instead of Light.
However, a temporarily solution to this would be to disable the proton-redesign in the about:config Menu. To do so, please follow these steps:
1. Type about:config in your URL bar, press enter.
2. Accept Risk & Continue.
3. Search for: "browser.proton.enabled" & change it to False via the toggle button.
4. Congrats on disabling the Proton UI. If you would like to revert back to the UI, follow the steps above and change it to True instead.
Please note: We don't know if this config will continue to work in the future, or if it'll be removed in the long-term. So do try to keep this in mind.
