Make torrenting even more efficient!

Adds magnet links with trackers to torrentz2.eu / me / is / pl website torrents' lists and pages.
Magnet links work with a single click everywhere on the site - including myTorrentz page.

Additional features include:
* Hide the long list of torrent sources in torrent page
* Show a direct link to torrent in torrent page (via itorrents)
* Show IMDb search buttons in search results
Features are toggleable in extension options.
