Too many times I am trying to reset the password and throwing an error. That leads me to ask, what are the limits to the characters admitted, and are there edits excluding some characters? I found no help to reset a password within the web page, and the help on the site is no help at all. What is allowed and what is NOT allowed in a password?

I am using this extension more than 8 years now, today i realize that in order to use this extension properly you have to pay to gain premium , so even a single click on this extension requires premium, sorry WOT but you have destroyed that extension due these years. i cannot even attach the icon next to the address bar , then give me a reason to keep using that extension??? sorry but i got too disappointed .

useless app. when checking url shows only 'upgrade to premium' window, so there's NO free feature, you need to clarify this before installation.
