It does not block youtube shorts it shows them as though they're real videos which is even more deceptive. I don't want fake boy podcasts to be shown as real videos.

работает очень плохо, переключение идет в процессе загрузки, т.е. сначала грузится шортс, потом уже переключается на обычный. В итоге видео грузится заметно дольше.
Короче лучше сделать редирект адреса, дабы работает, даже такое расширение есть (как раз вспомнил что оно у меня уже было). Тогда редирект происходит ДО загрузки страницы, т.е. сразу грузится обычный режим просмотра. (пс. еще бы не упарывали все видео в дурацкую вертикалку, особенно широкоформатные >.<)

This seems to stop Captcha from working, it was just popping up image after image.
Eventually I tried disabling this addon and Captcha worked straight away.
