Please let me change or at least delete my account. It prompts me to enter my Master Password when I have forgotten it. Last time I used this extension was 4-5 years ago.

It worked for a couple years and now no longer works with Firefox.... won't even install

I'm waiting until the end of this week and if it's still not fixed I'll cancel my subscription.

I can't add my Dashlane premium subscription to my Firefox browser. And I can't get support through your chatbox. You don't have a customer service number where I can speak to a live person. For $60 a year you can at least provide adequate customer support

Does not work, failing a security check at initial set-up which prompts for an email code that is never sent. Attempted on Mac & Linux on multiple Firefox versions.

Do not work with the latest firefox. Stuck on security check, something went wrong.
Work fine on chrome ...

I'm a paying user of the software and can't get the software to work on my Fedora installation. same issue as others are having.

This has not worked with Firefox since the beginning of May. The developers have not updated the plug-in since May 3rd yet miraculously expect it to now be working! Extremely poor support and I will be changing to another app even though I have just renewed my subscription.
