does what it says on the tin. 2 notes:
-it would be nice to be able to increase the speed further, when reading manwha at their normal resolution 10s is too long to have for one panel
-some sort of procedure to skip over empty sections and start at the end of an empty section would be nice, as people's faces keep getting cut in half by the screen reader instead of the MCs
