Incompatible with SponsorBlock, Sorry. Good Extension though, but SponsorBlock is practically a necessity these days.

Could you elaborate more? I use it with SponsorBlock daily and I don't experience any inconvenience.

It works, but not every time. Unfortunately, Google lowered the quota for the YouTube API, which is used by the extension. They reset it everyday at midnight Pacific Time, so if you live in the US, there is probably just no quota left at the time you use the extension. Sorry.
