It could be perfect, in my opinion, if it had an option to clean all cookies, except the one in the Whitelist, at browser restart. Update: Thanks! However, consider adding an checkbox option for that, please.

You can. Simply add an expression rule '*' (asterisk without quotes) to the greylist. Entries in whitelist takes precedence. Anything not matching will then fall under the new greylist entry.
