Customer Support Team- Vurdering: 1 av 5av Jefferson Castillo, 10 månader sidanIf I could give a 0, I would. One month ago I tried it in Free mode and in worked. I decided to purchase a year of service and up to this moment, I am not allowed to connect to servers in Premium mode. I raised a Support Request on July 30th (almost one month ago) and I haven't received a resolution to this matter. A couple of days ago I requested a REFUND to VeePN and they haven't even replied to my request. Bad service. Bad customer support as well. This is what you will face if you run into issues. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

- Vurdering: 2 av 5av Firefox user 14496115, eit år sidanit was probably the best vpn i've used. but now it's blocked in russia, so there's no connection to any of servers. and I don't think that's ok for the apps designed to bypass the local restrictions.
