Very grateful for this Add-On. It's a shame it's even needed. The Firefox Team constantly degrades usability for me. Now it would be even better if those Add-Ons could be moved to the top of the context menu since I use them very frequently and right now my most used items are at the bottom of the context menus.

Mozilla decided not to implement that ability into the extension API (see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1325758). You should be able to open the context menu and press 'h' (the menu item's access key) to activate it, in case that may be helpful.
