UNfriendly. Suddenly would not accept my password. Had to change it. It wouldn't accept that either. Would not let me change the email address that popped up into the correct one. Next time I will try MacAfee. Furthermore, it always opens with this message:

"Your vault password is not unique

Norton Password Manager identified a security risk with your current vault password. It is similar to a password or username you already use.

We recommend changing your vault password to a unique one to keep your information secure.

Your vault password is not stored anywhere or shared with anyone – not even with Norton.

Note: We are not aware if your vault has been compromised."

This is after Norton itself rated it as strong, and that it would take 3,000 years to crack.

You know this is simply poor programming and unacceptable management of the program due to sheer arrogance.

Works on every tablet, smartphone and Microsoft Edge. On Mozilla Firefox it insists that the password is wrong!

Das App-On funktionierte über Jahre sehr gut. Vor einigen Wochen traten einige Probleme auf und seit einigen Tagen funktioniert es nicht mehr auch nach mehrfachen Neuinstallationen.

JUnk and NO I am not installing anything that 1. Bullguard did without addons. 2. Firefox does better and 3. Random hijacking off my browser suggesting I install your bloody extensions!! Spyware behaviour when extensions were never required to do the exact same thing over a decade ago. And I'm not installing them to unistall them so you stop hijacking my browser....Should be able to toggle in the app so it doesn't flipping behave like Malware.

Could not import my Firefox passwords into NPM. Why do not you solve this problem so far? It is useless.

NPW now stops FireFox passwords from working unless you uninstall NPW some passwords I use on FireFox I dont save on NPW both give you strong passwords but NPWs thinks it knows best so it might be but it likes to stop you using FireFox Passwords IF YOU TURN ON NPW YOU CANT USE FIREFOX PASSWORDS why cant NPW leave it as it was and it work a long side FireFox best of both worlds

Unable to log into Password Vault on Firefox. Add on is worse than useless.

You need two passwords to get to the vault. Why. Once you are logged into Norton Password Manager, that should be enough. Way too much trouble resetting the Vault password that manages passwords.
