- Ocena: 1/5Autor: renewable0030, 33 minuty temuThis addon was fine until it recently started asking for unnecessary permissions for personal data collection.

- Ocena: 1/5Autor: wxVendigo, godzinę temuWas good while it lasted. Smart move really, as less people will be using it, thus lowering monthly costs, but more people will start paying for it. The greed is crazy nowadays.
the popup somehow also evaded my uBo filters 7 times before it stayed gone.
i really should not have updated this shit. - Ocena: 1/5Autor: Rivolta, 3 godziny temu
- Ocena: 4/5Autor: 5ucur, 5 godzin temuWorks alright enough, does what it should and nothing else (so far). Wondering if there's a way to stop it requesting new permissions, for good. I don't want or need to keep having to click Cancel, and keep having the warning symbol on the menu button on every relaunch of the browser. I shouldn't have to repeat the dissent to having my data collected.
- Ocena: 1/5Autor: Parkreiner, 8 godzin temuThis is a datamining extension with persistent user IDs that track all of your YT browsing activity. I would remove it. It's not worth it at that point.

- Ocena: 1/5Autor: thedemon44, 14 godzin temuDeveloper can say what he wants, but this is the beginning of the end no matter what. As soon as "personally identifying information, browsing activity, website content, website activity" exists, so does the value of the app for someone who wants that information.
I hardly think it is review bombing when people give a formerly good app a bad rating. Sure you can ignore this new version and not update, but it is unavoidable on a new device.
All good things come to an end, and if it is getting too expensive now, the costs will only rise until he either sells or stops. the reasons don't matter, the intend doesn't matter, asking for our trust... we've all heard that song and dance before.
F - Ocena: 1/5Autor: cyberchunk, 17 godzin temugoing to keep with the old version so firefox doesn't decide to snub your data, i did also hear that there was apparently premium stuff locked into the extension, which while i can understand to some extent, it is incredibly strange how it wasn't announced or even brought up for update info.

- Ocena: 5/5Autor: Devvie, 19 godzin temuI'm also not comfortable accepting the new permissions, but I like seeing the dev actually respond to people here like a human being and not template or AI responses. Keep it up, and thanks for maintaining this extension.

Data: 19 godzin temuThanks! There are some template copy-pastas in my responses, but it's because most of the questions are the same. - Ocena: 1/5Autor: Użytkownik Firefoksa 20160828, 20 godzin temu

Data: 21 godzin temuyou can keep the old version, or you can check "disable vote submission" in settings. (counting your like\dislike votes is the evil "personal data transfer" that I do.
But it's optional.- Ocena: 3/5Autor: Techstar01, 21 godzin temu
- Ocena: 4/5Autor: lastw13, 21 godzin temuThis addon has a bug that prevents auto-translated CCs from working. It also has ridiculous monetization as of September 2026.
*Edited from 2 to 4 Stars after reading the Developers response. I see monetization in it's current state, that is in the manner that it is presented, as an issue regardless of the circumstances. I would return to using this addon if whenever I install it again I find that CCs have gotten fixed.Odpowiedź autora
Data: 21 godzin temu"ridiculous monetization" is 1 changelog message on browser restart in 5 years. You can close and never see again. I understand that it is annoying - and I sincerely wish this wasn't needed. But the price of running the extension exceeded the donations that it was receiving - so I decided to add a new optional feature - that some people might find useful - and these people will cover the costs for the rest of us. Hopefully.
Regarding CCs - I received 2 more similar reports, but so far I couldn't reproduce or fix it. Working on it. - Ocena: 5/5Autor: Użytkownik Firefoksa 19722038, 1 dzień temuHow is this still working? I thought recently youtube removed dislikes in their backend.
