What I liked is the coloring and the UIs.
But I have some serious issues with this add-on:
The way how it works: Every tab is saved as an URL like "moz-extension://...url=...". When you switch tabs, the tabs of the current group are closed and tabs of the new group are opened. If you click on the tab it takes an additional time to load the tab.
This process costs a lot of time if you have many tabs.
It took me about 10-20 minutes to switch a tab group - to be fair, that one specific tab group had about 2500 tabs which is a lot.
The second big issue is that you lose all your tabs if you uninstall the add-on:
Actually I still have my tabs, but they are stored with the URL "moz-extension://...." and therefore my opened tabs are practically unsuable, but also the history is. Now I have to write my own plugin to remove that prefix from the URL and hopefully I can work again.
Normally I would rate it one star because it was practically unusable for me but to be fair having 2500 open tabs I am not a normal user and I guess there are technical limitations that prevent the tabs to be "hidden" and you have to do it that way with the URL prefixes.

If you are "not a normal user", you could go into the settings and remove the checkbox "Enable fast group switching" - and this will disable the functionality that you did not like so much, namely: the URL like "moz-extension://...url=...". You have 2500 tabs - I understand what you have a problem.
About the fact that when you delete the extension there are tabs with the prefix moz-extension - this bug I'll postfix, thank you for finding it.
Thanks for your feedback

Keeps hiding random tabs from random groups every day. Then you have to manually find the hidden tabs in the firefox hidden tabs menu and reopen them only for it to randomly close a bunch again - Ocena: 4/5Autor: TT, miesiąc temuaddon "Hide Tabs" may help you unhide all tabs after firefox update problem

Works perfectly!!!! - Ocena: 4/5Autor: Juno, 2 miesiące temu
- Ocena: 3/5Autor: Użytkownik Firefoksa 19937432, 2 miesiące temuWorked well until recently. Now every time you open FF after closing it, some of the tab groups are in different windows, some might be empty, and the backups just aren't there. This extension has totally lost its purpose as being able to save what you're doing through restarts.

But a few things that really push me to use other browsers: it's not as elegant, very simple design, doesn't feel native and natural (compared to vivaldi, arc, zen, opera, etc); and two very annoying things: tab groups don't hidden, but are kinda empty, but still show previews, which brakes immersion and the fact that it spawns a directory every single day in your home folder ("STG-..."), and never cleans it up. - Ocena: 5/5Autor: Ron Elicit, 3 miesiące temuMy favorite browser extension, hands down. Yes, the last Firefox update broke it. Need your tabs back? Settings > Backup Your Simple Tab Groups > Enable Auto-backup (you should be doing this anyway). Then Restore Backup every time you relaunch Firefox. (I delete existing data and revert to my last save.)
That's how I'm managing until the maintainer updates this extension. (Based on their location in Ukraine, I'm willing to give them some slack.) - Ocena: 4/5Autor: CarlosTorch, 3 miesiące temu

- Ocena: 3/5Autor: Użytkownik Firefoksa 16987590, 4 miesiące temuIt's okay. But your max is going to be 4 groups before tabs/browser starts to feel laggy on MacOS.

- Ocena: 1/5Autor: Użytkownik Firefoksa 14589876, 4 miesiące temuК сожалению, дополнение неисправно. При попытке восстановить группы из резервной копии, браузер просто падает и восстанавливаются пустые группы.

- Ocena: 1/5Autor: FireFox-User-1, 5 miesięcy temuNope, great Idea but every some updates it kills everything and is not relaible. Now lost 200 tabs ....
