- Ocena: 3/5Autor: MOMIZI, 19 dni temu突然VPNが切断されて"認証エラー"または"サブスクリプション切れ"と表示される事がある。大抵は再接続で治るものの、稀に拡張機能を無効から有効にしなければならなかったり(Brave Browser)、果ては再ログインをしないと解消しないことがある(今日のFirefox)。過去にNordを使っていた時はアドオンの再インストールまでしなければならなかったことに比べればマシではあるが、もう少し安定性を高めてほしい。
Sometimes the VPN suddenly disconnects, displaying "authentication error" or "subscription expired." Usually, it can be fixed by reconnecting, but occasionally I have to enable the extension (in Brave Browser) or, in some cases, I need to log in again to resolve the issue (like today with Firefox). In the past, when I used Nord, I even had to reinstall the add-on, so this is an improvement, but I would like to see a bit more stability.Odpowiedź autora

But I was told that it was not available on the extension and there was no date when it will be. Seems a hotch-potch of things, no co-ordination.

Currently, the Dedicated IP feature isn't available on our browser extensions, but we understand the importance of having it there and will be looking into adding it in the future. For now, you can use the Surfshark app to access this feature. I logged out one time and never was able to login again. I could use the static set up up configuration wireguard settings in the OS but the app itself never worked again.

But in the past month and a half, it stopped. Proxy connection error. Two chats with support later (the first making me reset/reinstall entire Firefox pointlessly, the second finally admitting it's a known issue and promising me they're working on it) it's still not resolved. If it doesn't, soon - I'm going to be forced to consider cancelling my (almost four-year long) subscription.
