Data: miesiąc temuBoth fixed in 3.3. The regional failure was the domain list: old builds only covered about 55 Google domains, so !gfr → google.fr matched nothing. All 187 from Google's supported-domains list are covered now, and the test suite asserts every single one of them redirects, so a region can't silently go dead again.
