I believed this is actually the best script manager out there to have as your extension over their competitors. ScriptCat has everything you wanted but with the addition of its own unique repository of scripts that cannot be freely accessed by its counterparts like ViolentMonkey, TamperMonkey, etc. That said, the reason I gave it a 4/5 is solely because it doesn't have an auto-update feature/button (Check for Updates) like it does in the Chrome browser version unfortunately.
