everything about the extension is fine, but the only issue is that 'fade in duration' option resets every time I open youtube in a new tab. or maybe I might be doing something wrong.
The fade in duration, resolution and flicker reduction settings are reset when a GPU crash happens, to prevent a crash loop after a page refresh/new tab/restore. Because those settings can cause a crash when the GPU memory is full. Do you see any warning- or error messages in the DevTools console?
